Our conversation, along with a narrative of his career from the hallowed biglaw halls of Cravath, Swain & Moore, to the U.S. Supreme Court in Hollingsworth v. Perry, and then to the Fourth Circuit with Bostic v. Schaefer, was published by Insider Louisville.
